For the mechanical pets, any pets with Explode will work, though higher health pets are preferred (such as Minfernal or Netherspace Abyssal). I personally use the Blackfuse Bombling and an HH Netherspace Abyssal. Strategy originally from Rendigar at Warcraft Pets |

Best used with high level pet against the dmg from Tidal Wave - It's a bit rng, but most of the time its less than 1500 and closer to ~1k, also depents if strong or weak against aquatic abilies. XP is low anyway and its a good way to fill the last to second last level of your leveling pets.

Tested with a pet as low as 1270 on live and it worked, so if your Corpse Explosion pet isn't rare or 25 this should still work for you.

This is the infamous Howl-Bomb strategy. Howl and the Pandaren Water Spirit's Whirlpool have been changed in Retail to break the combo. But in MoP Classic the pets and abilities work as they originally did in 5.4 so it can be used again.
This strategy is also very effective on almost any fight against a single boss pet, such as the other Beasts of Fable fights. All of them except No-No that is. Don't rely on Howl-Bomb for that particular fight because it has multiple avoidance abilities which will block key turns. Note: This strategy still has some RNG despite all the abilities being 100% accurate. If Ti'un the Wanderer decides to spam his nuke in the right ways Chrominius might get 1 shot before he can Howl and Ion Cannon. Just restart if that happens because the enemy ability choice is random. |

Borrowing from DragonsAfterDark's strategy for Retail and not having any bird with Predatory strike, I tried this in MoP Classic with a P/P Yellow Moth in the third slot. There is RNG involved both in Ti'un's use of abilities and the crits of MDP/Zep but this was a win the second time.
