I read somewhere on Wowhead (sorry cannot recall where and who was the owner of the comment) to use a Nexus Whelpling as first pet. Only tested it with P/P but imagine the other specs would work too.
Sear Magic completely negates the blinding effect of Flash and Tail Sweep is strong against Magic type pets. I put a Clockwork Gnome in second spot for its Turrets and being sttrong against Beasts. My thrid pet was an Arctic Hare I was leveling, but any lvl 20+ pet that is strong against Critters would do. Your backline pets will get damage from Kali's Arcane Explosion so beware. |

And although I do see your point about the speed threshold, I am not entirely in favour of S/S rabbits, as their speed is at the expense of some health and attack power strength. An S/B rabbit has more of both and, with a speed of 322, can perform quite well in the middle ground.
