Here's everything going on for you and your pets for this week in WoW!



1. Pet Battle Bonus Week





The time has come, once again, to level all your pets!

The weekly reset brings the pet battle bonus week, and The Sign of the Critter offers a 100% increase on pet experience, so it's the perfect time to tackle that queue.



1.1 Repeatable Tamers



If you'd like to know what repeatable trainers to look out for this week, head over to our Powerleveling Guide to find out which ones are great for maximizing the use of the bonus xp. It will also offer the top leveling strategies for each of the fights, tips & tricks, and links to non-repeatable tamers as well as other useful guides.


1.2 Super Squirt up for EU & KR/TW



Squirt the Wandering Trainer will be in the EU Garrison on 27 December & KR/TW on 28 December. Our strategies for this leveling event can be found here.


2. Sign of the Explorer: Delve Bonus Event





During the Delve Bonus Event, players will get 25% increases to Journey progress, companion experience, & Undercoin currency.

While there does not appear to be an increase to the actual rewards, despite what the journal indicates, there are 7 pets you can receive via Delves:

3. Legion Timewalking!





Though there are no pets on the Timewalking vendor or ones that drop directly from the dungeons, there are multiple pets you can obtain from increasing your reputation with the Legion factions:

4. Feast of Winter Veil is Here!

5. Seasonal Pet: Snowy Owl!





From 21 December (first day of Winter) until around 20 March (first day of Spring), the Snowy Owl becomes available for capture in Winterspring!

This pet is required for the Kalimdor Safari achievement.



6. Final Week for December Trading Post!





It's beginning to look a lot like winter, but Bundled-Up Bob is ready for all the chills December is throwing his way, and for 250 Trader's Tender he's willing to face the bitter cold with you!



7. Brawler's Guild Active Again!





As of 9 December the Brawler's Guild has reopened for Season 5! This gives you the chance to move up through the ranks to earn rewards. When you get to Rank 3, you can purchase two pets:

Tylarr Gronnden

The Brawler's Guild happens in two different locations. Alliance players can participate at Bizmo's Brawlpub, located on the basement floor of the Deeprun Tram in the Stormwind side, and Horde players can join at the Brawl'gar Arena, located at the Valley of Honor section of Orgrimmar.

Participation in the Brawler's Guild is by invitation only, which you can purchased from A. Shady, an occasional spawn NPC in Stormwind and Orgrimmar

The price of this pet is affected by your standing (reputation) with Orgrimmar or Stormwind City.

9. Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition

Both the Heroic (39.99 USD) & Epic (79.99 USD) Packs come with the Starshard Whelpling pet for both Classic & Retail clients.



10. In-Game Shop: Amethyst Felfire Pack





Until January 12, 2026, purchase the Amethyst Felfire Pack for $ 30.00 USD, which includes the Mustyfur Fel Snooter!



11. Siren Isle Invader of the Week





This week on the Siren Isle the Pirates are invading, giving you a chance to collect the wild pet, Pillaged Parrot, and cut down pirates to save the Proper Parrot!



12. Brightblade's Bones is up!





Until mid-week reset, the Brightblade's Bones World Quest is up, during which you can collect the Bugbiter Tortoise! All the information on how you can collect this pet is found on the Bugbiter's page.



13. Maw Assaults





Maw Assault - Venthyr:
There are no pets offered for collection from the Venthyr Assault

At mid-week reset this transitions to Maw Assault - Night Fae:

14. N'Zoth Assault: Vale of Eternal Blossoms
